At ITOUCH SA, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. Please review our return and refund policy below:

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are welcome for products that are unopened, sealed, and still in their original packaging. These products must be returned within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase for a full refund.
  • Refunds are also accepted under the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA) if a product is defective, unsafe, or not fit for its intended purpose.
  • Any device found to be defective after purchase will be repaired or replaced, as per CPA requirements.

Important Notes

  • Being both electronic devices and health products, all sales are final unless the product is defective or unopened and sealed. This is due to health concerns and the inability to resell returned health-related products.
  • Once purchased and removed from the point of sale, products are not eligible for return unless they are proven to be defective or meet the conditions above.

Return Process

To request a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at hello@itouchsa.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and a detailed description of the issue.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions for returning the item.
  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 7 business days if the request is approved.
